AMEYA + ZACHARY creative portraits

I found Ameya through TikTok shortly after I moved to Chicago and I knew I wanted to try and shoot with her. Once a month I like to put together photoshoot concept to help keep my creative juices flowing and expand my art style and craft — and I AM SO PUMPED that this fell together the way it did. Originally it was going to be portraits of just Ameya; however, she has recently posted her new partner and me being a couples photographer I had to ask if she would like to include Zachary. She was SO pumped did but suggested a little twist- they wanted to do some couples boudoir. Something I hadnt ever done before — BUT this is exactly the kind of thing outside my comfort zone so I was down for whatever. Part of my vision was to highlight each of their artistic abilities for the second location and also threw out the idea - to shoot in a “rain room”. (Something I did not know existed until finding this one for rent on Giggster.) Ameya wanted different so we decided to go ahead and book it — and so these dreamy, steamy, bad-ass portraits were born. I am over the moon and beyond grateful Zach and Ameya trusted me to photograph their love so honestly.
